They were so caring. They came and picked my baby up and then returned him to me. They kept me informed of what was happening. They gave me a small clipping of his fur and they made an imprint of Brain's paw. It was easy to use their website to choose an urn and to make payment. 100% recommend them when it is your pet's time.

Losing a family pet never gets any easier. You feel like a part of you is no longer there. I recently lost my German Shepherd after 15 years of memories. This time, however, Paws in Heaven really eased the whole experience of having to go through the process of letting him go. We had my buddy cremated and placed in a wonderful urn. I lost my fur baby unexpectedly and Paws in Heaven offered and amazing service. They came to pick him up and delivered him when he was ready. The staff is so friendly! When they delivered my baby I wanted to cry, not only did I received his ashes but they also gave me a little strip of his fur, a candle and a cast with his paw and his name.
